What is Delivery time? 
 
We normally dispatch goods in 21 days from the date of order/Payments confirmation. Delivery time depends upon shipping method i.e. courier, air or sea. Actual dispatch date can also be different depends on the size of order, so please get confirmation after placing the order. Can we make Custom Made Designs?

(Example only) Your item no.ABC-028 in Pink trans colour in size 10x20mm). 
 
We have a sample development department (R&D). We develop designs for our customers. If you want a particular design please send us its image or sketch we will develop the design for you. You can also send us instruction of size, shape and color combination only for making custom designed beads.

Packing

Usually we pack loose beads 1 kilo in a poly bag, then 1 kilo card boat box then 20 kilo strong air/sea worthy card board of size 32 X 29 X 27 CUBIC CMS. 
Besides above, we also pack header packing, personalized packing, Zip bag packing, box packing, etc. as per the customers interest. 
The special packing cost is very nominal so please feel free to write us. Also please feel free to let us know your special instruction for packing if any.

Customer can order loose beads in 16 inches long and 8 inches long strings.

Payment

There are two ways to pay, 1) by wire transfer (TT) 2) by Credit Card (master and visa) which is provided by our bank.

Note: We also accept banker’s check. But please note that if you pay by personal or Banker’s check, we will not be able to ship your order until your check cleared in our bank account. This typically takes 25 to 30 days from India.

Delivery Time/Lead Time

Delivery time/ lead time is 4 weeks for any quantity.

Samples Request

As you aware that JPM has unlimited products, hence we have no printed catalog, we prefer to send physical samples.  
Regular Customers/Wholesale Customers: we send physical samples to our regular customers or wholesale supplier FREE OF COST, meanwhile we charge shipping cost only from customers.  
New Customers: have to pay sample cost + shipping cost. We send our physical samples displayed on card boards which costs US$2 per card + shipping. To know about the card board please click here. You need to let us know the number of cards per category.  
We would suggest new customers to place a small sample order, we will include more physical samples as per the customers interest, with the shipment box FREE OF COST, by which you will save courier charges for samples.  
Note: Samples of Semi previous items, gold foil beads and sterling silver products could not be arranged, because these are expensive. Complete information of these products displayed on our websites, so you need to order on the basis of these information.

Return Policy

Check your order carefully when it arrives. Report any damage immediately!

• All returns must be made within 5 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
• No cash refunds; our factory JPM credit only.
• Unfortunately credit caused, it will be adjusted at next shipments.
